How far in advance should I book?
For a simple after-work, 1-2 weeks is enough. For Team Building or privatization, plan 4-6 weeks minimum, especially during the holiday season (November-December).
Can you customize the event with our branding?
Absolutely! We can integrate your logo on screens, banners, photobooth, and even create cocktails in your company colors. Contact us for options.
Is it possible to fully privatize a club?
Yes, several of our partner clubs offer this option. Capacity varies from 250 to 600+ people depending on the venue. We'll help you find the perfect club.
How do you handle invoicing for companies?
We issue professional invoices with VAT. You can pay by bank transfer. A deposit is usually requested upon confirmation.
Do you offer transport options?
Yes! For large events, we can organize shuttles or buses for your employees. We also work with partners for group taxis.
What happens in case of cancellation?
Cancellation conditions depend on the package and timing. Generally: free up to 14 days before, 50% between 14 and 7 days, 100% less than 7 days. We offer the possibility to reschedule.
