How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially on weekends. For VIP packages with privatization, plan 3-4 weeks ahead.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! All our packages are customizable. Contact us to discuss your wishes: specific theme, special menu, additional animations...
Is the cake included in the price?
Yes, a custom cake is included in all packages. You can choose the design and message. For more elaborate creations, a supplement may apply.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Between 7 and 3 days, 50% is retained. Less than 3 days, the full amount is due. We also offer free date rescheduling.
Can I bring my own decoration?
Yes, you can bring personal decoration items. However, some clubs have restrictions (candles, confetti...). We will inform you of specific rules when booking.
Do guests have to pay entry?
The number of free entries depends on the package chosen. Additional guests benefit from a preferential rate and priority entry.
